Dark Sky Dinner - Zanzenberg Farm

Dinner under the stars! It was a cold, clear, dark night under the stars as the guests enjoyed enjoyed a fabulous, farm cooked, 3-course meal that consisted of fresh green salad; followed by wood fire roasted pork; and followed up with a delicious desert with ice cream. All to the talented versatile music of The Limestoners. Zanzenberg Farm, is owned and operated by Kayte and Justin Graham in the creation of a totally organic pork & poultry farm which adheres to sustainable agricultural principles & methods. All food served was also locally sourced and grown in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. It's like walking into a pure and simple bygone America that has largely disappeared in today's fast paced world. All and all it was a night to remember!
